Will Scooter Scoot?

Now that I. Lewis Libby has been convicted the next question is when will Dubya issue a pardon. Will he have the nerve to pardon Scooter before he's formally sentenced?

Kinda doubt that. After all, "Cheney's Cheney" is free on his own recognisance, so there's no rush.

If he can stay out of jail for the rest of Bush's term, odds are that it will be late-December 2008 pardon, like the one's issued by Bill Clinton and just about every other president.

Have no doubt, the Bush perverted ideas on loyalty will win out over justice every time.

Scooter will scoot.
