John Yoo is a former assistant deputy attorney general during W's first term, so it is not surprising that he would be an apologist for the boy(like) king. His writing is typical of the thinking of the entire Bush administration: if you don't like history, rewrite it.

Perhaps you misunderstand. Most Americans do not hate your president, we hate his policies.
There is a growing mountain of evidence that the Bush administration deliberately distorted facts, and many people were caught up in them.
Admitting one's mistakes is a sign of maturity, which is something this administration lacks.
And your explanation for what the Dem's had to say?
